Our web development team was asked to create a new company website for Econogard at the same time as undertaking the re-brand of its corporate identity.
We set our web developers on the case. Econogard wanted a strong brochure site for businesses and customers to use as a point of reference for its products and services.
Our developers recommended that the site should be built to W3C accessibility standards and constructed so as to allow for search engine optimisation at a later date. Our designers, meanwhile, provided a number of possible looks featuring the new logo and robust colour scheme of red and white.
Econogard was keen not to overwhelm site visitors with too much technical information on its pages, so we created a section where interested parties could download detailed information on the company's products and services instead. Doing so enabled us to keep the look of the site neat and tidy, though this is not necessarily the most search engine friendly practice.
We created a news story section to provide users with interesting and fresh information about the company and to help with search engine optimisation.
The website is hosted by Solutions Four at our dedicated hosting facility in Manchester and we offer the client a full back-up and technical support service.
Econogard has since contacted us with a view to taking the website forward in terms of search engine optimisation and content.
