Watheeqa Holding Group
is an investment company based in Kuwait. It provides direct investment
and business turnaround solutions within niche markets of the Middle
East and North Africa region.
Watheeqa's brief was for a dynamic website, with lots of variety and animated images, whilst maintaining a professional feel.
As Watheeqa's portfolio of clients is spread across five different countries
. To
display these effectively, a sub-navigation menu was created whereby
the companies located in each specific country are displayed in
drop-down format when selected.
For further effect, the main navigation is also available as part of a
Flash movie, demonstrating ability to seamlessly integrate with Flash
functionality.
With a different Flash movie as the headline banner, and some pages
including multiple movies, the Watheeqa site needed to take full
advantage of new technologies and image content management system features.
Each page has a number of Flash movie attached to it, alongside
specific definitions of how the movie should run.
RSS News Syndication - The site has segregated News sections for each year, going back to
2005. The sites content management system identifies these pages, and
they are automatically added to an XML file which provides RSS support.
