
The Jenrick Group was created by the amalgamation of several disparate recruitment groups, each with its own branding. We were asked to get involved with its
corporate rebranding at the initial stages of the merger, and asked to design a logo and branding for the new parent organisation, and the five new divisions within the group.
The Jenrick Group is primarily involved in high-end recruitment and wanted its branding to appeal to an experienced and highly qualified market.
Our logo designers elected to use blue as the main colour in the series to imbue the brand with Jenrick’s core values of intelligence, honesty and calm.
The arrangement of the shapes was intended to serve as a manifestation of the ‘coming together’ of candidate and employer, where a third, perfectly matching shape joins the existing group to form a harmonious whole.
This is the Jenrick ideal of successful and ethical recruitment.
The finished logo, in all its variations, is both polished and illustrative.
